User Agreement (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer (in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The following terms are used in this Agreement:
- Service — the digital platform provided by the Provider, including all its functionality and features available to the User.
- User — an individual who has registered an account on the Service and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
- Provider — Individual Entrepreneur Burtelov Vadim Mikhailovich, providing the Service.
- Account — a personal section of the Service created upon registration, through which the User accesses the Service's functionality.
- Subscription — a recurring paid access to premium features of the Service for a specified period.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider grants the User access to the digital service (premium features) on the terms described in this Agreement. The Agreement is considered accepted from the moment of registration on the Service or from the moment of payment for services.
3. Service Description
The Service provides the User with the following types of access to premium features:
- One-time purchase — permanent access to premium features of the Service after a single payment.
- Monthly subscription — recurring monthly access to premium features of the Service, automatically renewed at the end of each billing period.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Russian rubles (RUB) and include applicable taxes. Payment is made online through the YooKassa payment system. The User tops up their account balance and then uses the balance to purchase products or subscriptions. The specific cost of services is indicated on the relevant pages of the Service at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery of Services
Access to paid features is activated instantly upon successful payment. The Service is provided in digital form; no physical delivery is performed. Access is provided through the User's account on the platform.
6. Refund Policy
A refund is possible if the service was not provided or if technical issues prevented access to the paid features. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days. Cancellation of a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle a refund for the current billing period. To request a refund, contact us through the contacts page.
7. User Rights and Obligations
The User undertakes to: provide accurate data during registration; maintain the security of their account and not share access credentials with third parties; use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. The User has the right to: use all available features of the Service in accordance with the selected plan; contact the Provider's support service for questions related to the Service.
8. Provider Rights and Obligations
The Provider undertakes to: ensure the availability of the Service (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure); protect the User's personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. The Provider has the right to: modify the functionality of the Service with prior notice to Users; suspend access to the Service in case of violation of the Agreement terms by the User.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not responsible for losses arising from: the use or inability to use the Service; unauthorized access to the User's account due to the User's fault; interruptions in the Service caused by technical failures of third parties. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for services in the last 3 months.
10. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes arising from this Agreement are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement is not reached, disputes are resolved in court at the Provider's location.
11. Agreement Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. The User is notified of changes no later than 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
